Import Export

Overview #

Import/Export functionality is available exclusively for the following unique sections :

  1. Profile
  2. Contact Details
  3. Custom Domain
  4. Advance Setting
  5. Bulk Team Member Registration

For all other sections outside the unique data categories, you can create a sample section and use the ‘Copy Data‘ function.

How to Download Data #

Step 1 : Navigate to the section containing the data you wish to download at Import Export.

Step 2 : Click on the “Download Template” button. (A CSV template will be downloaded.)

Any registered team member’s data in that section will be included in the download.

How to Add Data #

  1. Open the downloaded CSV template or create a new CSV file using the same structure.
  2. Enter the data for the team member(s) you want to add.
  3. Save the file as a .csv format.

• For details about the required CSV headers, refer to the explanation in the section below.

How to Upload Data #

  1. Go to the section where you want to upload the data.
  2. Click on the “Choose file” button.
  3. Select the CSV file that contains the updated data.
  4. Confirm and complete the upload by click Import Data.

  • Profile
  • Contact Details
  • Export URL (This will include all team members’ Base URLs, Custom URLs, and Custom Domain URLs.)
